Title: Computational Prediction of the Comprehensive SARS-CoV-2 vs. Human Interactome to Guide the Design of Therapeutics Document date: 2020_3_31

Snippet: The computational prediction of PPIs is a diverse field which encompasses multiple paradigms (e.g. sequence-, structure-, evolution-, and network-based methods). The shortcomings of one approach are often the strength of another and certain paradigms can be useful in generating insightful interaction interface information. Here, we will discuss the two paradigms with specific relevance to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic given the current focus of the res.....
Document: The computational prediction of PPIs is a diverse field which encompasses multiple paradigms (e.g. sequence-, structure-, evolution-, and network-based methods). The shortcomings of one approach are often the strength of another and certain paradigms can be useful in generating insightful interaction interface information. Here, we will discuss the two paradigms with specific relevance to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic given the current focus of the research community in an effort to develop therapeutics that might slow the progression and impact of COVID-19.
