Document: COVID-19 Coronavirus is now one of the most contagious diseases discovered recently and declared as global pandemic by World Health Organization (WHO). Emergency services are running at full capacity to keep citizens safe. Different agencies like hospitals, health centres, police departments, district administration etc. have to work hand to hand. The key to manage such an unprecedented and drastic situation with involvement of multiple agencies/authorities is effective use of technology. Understanding the spatial and time based dynamics of COVID-19 is useful for its mitigation, it helps to study the impact of the pandemic and can be used in decision making, planning and community action. Health geography highlights the interaction of public health offcials, affected actors and first responders to evaluate the disease propagation and predict new outbreaks. This chapter is an effort to evolve an integrated GIS/GPS based e-Governance platform which effectively used by all those agencies involved in control of the disease. It is useful to monitor and manage tracking of human movement, coordinate to health department and sanitary services, prepare proper scientific and socioeconomic analysis and progressive flow related to COVID-19 situation/spread in real time basis. The platform is having different modules for different agencies including patients for effective and timely management of the crisis with minimum overheads and ensuring minimum suffering to all agencies. It contains modules for Patients/Citizens, Police Department, Health Department, Hospitals, Corporations/NGOs, ground workers etc. All agencies will have real time GIS based dashboards, MIS reports and notification systems to deal with the situation just in time. Hope its findings will inspire new reflections on the COVID-19 pandemic. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
