Since all the epitopes generated quite good docking scores, it can be concluded that, all of them had the capability to bind with their respective targets and induce potential immune response. However, among the selected epitopes, QLESKMSGK, LIRQGTDYKHWP, GVLTESNKK and TSNFRVQPTESI generated the best docking scores.
