Snippet: In summary, the p38 and S6K proteins from B. mori were characterized for the first time. The expression profiles of Bmp38 and BmS6K showed that they might play vital role in silkworm against BmNPV infection. The study presented here would enhance further investigation of silkworm immune defense against BmNPV infection. Fig. 8 . Relative expression level of viral genes copy number GP41, IE-1, and GP64 after antibody blocking of Bmp38 (A) and BmS6K.....
Document: In summary, the p38 and S6K proteins from B. mori were characterized for the first time. The expression profiles of Bmp38 and BmS6K showed that they might play vital role in silkworm against BmNPV infection. The study presented here would enhance further investigation of silkworm immune defense against BmNPV infection. Fig. 8 . Relative expression level of viral genes copy number GP41, IE-1, and GP64 after antibody blocking of Bmp38 (A) and BmS6K (B). Preimmune serum and CK were used as control. Data were normalized using BmGAPDH and represented as mean ± SEM from three independent experiments. Relative expression levels were calculated using the 2 −ΔΔCt method. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software. The significant difference was indicated by *P < 0.05 or **P < 0.01.
