The fourth case report included a mother infected with SARS-CoV-2. The PCR test of breast milk sample was negative six days after delivery, while the nasopharyngeal swab of the mother remained positive eight days after delivery (20) . The last case report represented a neonate, who was delivered from a mother with COVID-19 by cesarean section under precautions. The pharyngeal swab specimen from the infant (collected immediately 36 hours after birth) was positive for SARS-CoV-2, and the breast milk of the mother (36 hours after birth) was negative (21) .
