Approximately 2 mL of inactivated SFTSV was emulsified in gel-based adjuvant, and the cattle received intramuscular injections every 2 weeks, with a total of three 3 injections. Serum samples were collected 2 weeks after the last antigen injection. The serum used as a negative control in IFA and cELISA was collected from cattle prior to immunization.
