Molecular Characterization of Two Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinases: p38 MAP Kinase and Ribosomal S6 Kinase From Bombyx mori (Lepidoptera: Bombycidae), and Insight Into Their Roles in Response to BmNPV Infection

Our study results showed that Bmp38 expression was higher in the midgut, followed by the hemolymph after BmNPV infection. The Data were normalized using BmGAPDH and represented as mean ± SEM from three independent experiments. Relative expression levels were calculated using the 2 −ΔΔCt method. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software. The significant difference was indicated by *P < 0.05 or **P < 0.01.
