KLH conjugate was also found to much more accurately stimulate the corresponding region of the protein and to induce the synthesis of larger amounts of specific antibody than a BSA conjugate [7, 12] . Therefore, we prepared to conjugate ENR with KLH for an immunogen and ENR with BSA for a coating antigen using the NHS method [15, 22, 29] .
