Then the mixture was centrifuged at 11,000×g for 15 min, and the supernatant was collected and stored at -20℃ for analysis of lipids, IL-6 and TNF-α. TG, TCHO, LDL cholesterol and HDL cholesterol were mesured by the TG assay kit, TCHO assay kit, HDL cholesterol assay kit and LDL cholesterol assay kit following the manufacture's instructions. IL-6 and TNF-α were mesured by the rat IL-6 ELISA kit and rat TNF-α ELISA kit following the manufacture's instructions.
