Document: Oral rivaroxaban administration exhibited predictable anticoagulant effects and was well tolerated by healthy dogs. There were no clinical FIGURE 1 A Bland-Altman plot comparing the average Hb concentration (g/dl) with the difference between the Hb concentration when measured using venous and peripheral blood signs of minor or major hemorrhage and gastrointestinal side effects in any dosing groups. The highest anti-Xa value and longest delayed R of TEG and PT were observed 3 h after the administration of rivaroxaban; however, the anticoagulant effect in TEG and plasma rivaroxaban concentration decreased significantly from 8 h after administration.
