Ad5 reactive CD4 or CD8 T cells were detected in 80% to 100% of subjects in Amsterdam, Netherlands 30, 32 and in all subjects in Philadelphia, USA. 29, 33, 34 It is worth noting that these individuals were not screened for pre-existing Ad immunity using nAbs.
