Document: Data were analyzed using PROC GLIMMIX (SAS Institute, Inc., Cary, NC) to determine the main effects of feed additive, feed matrix, as well as day post-laboratory inoculation and all associated interactions on PEDV Ct values with individual sample bottle as the experimental unit. Degrees of freedom were approximated using the Kenward-Roger approach. The LSMEANS procedure was used along with the LINES option to separate means, which differed significantly given the respective interaction or main effect were significant as determined by an F test. Results for response criteria were considered significant at P ≤ 0.05 and a tendency from P > 0.05 to P ≤ 0.10.
