For example, in common with the data gathered for HRSVinfected A549 cells, a proteomic analysis of the CD4 Ï© CEMx174 cell line infected with HIV-1 highlighted changes in the carrier proteins in nucleocytoplasmic trafficking, cyclindependent kinases, and ubiquitination (77) . The latter process has also been identified in proteomic analysis of cells infected with avian infectious bursal disease virus (78) .
