MSA analysis of all the screened CTL, HTL, and B-cell epitopes from the 13 MERS-CoV protein candidates revealed that several epitopes of CTL, HTL, and B-cell have overlapping amino acid sequence regions. Epitopes with two or more than two residues in the overlapping region are shown in Figure 3 . Overlapping cTl, hTl, and B-cell epitopes.
