An additional 207 patients (13%) with immunocompromised status required reverse isolation, mainly due to neutropenia (n = 180) or transplant status (n = 26). The remaining 1,258 patients (81%) did not require isolation. Among these, pneumonia (n = 456) was the most com-mon diagnosis, followed by urinary tract infection (n = 89), and hepatobiliary infection (n = 82).
