Note that for the ratio of HRSV/mock a score of 0.5 or lower indicates a 2-fold or greater decrease in abundance in HRSV-infected cells and that a score of 2 or more indicates a 2-fold or greater increase in abundance in HRSV-infected cells in the appropriate fraction.
