Document: Dynamic miRNA patterns at different DC stages. Through Illumina sequencing, we first compared the variation of miRNA spectrums expressed in DCs during these processes, and found no obvious difference (Fig. 2a) , as most of miRNA genes were coexpressed in these processes. Second, we analysed the expression variation of the 391 miRNAs in these processes. Through Pearson correlation scatter plot analysis, we found that there was no significant difference in expression levels of these miRNAs in the maturation process (imDCs-maDCs) (r ¼ 0.921, Pearson's correlation), whereas the difference was more obviously in the development process (HSCs-imDCs) (r ¼ 0.767, Pearson's correlation) and the differentiation process (maDCs-DCreg) (r ¼ 0.893, Pearson's correlation) (Fig. 2b) . Similar results were also obtained from the differentiation process (maDCs-DCreg) in vivo; most of the miRNA genes were co-expressed in this in vivo process (Fig. 2c ) and significant difference in expression level was found (r ¼ 0.891, Pearson's correlation) (Fig. 2d) .
