After incubation, the culture supernatants of RAW 264.7 cells were collected, and each culture supernatant was mixed with the same amount of Griess reagent and incubated at room temperature for 10 minutes. The absorbance of the mixture was determined at 540 nm using a microplate reader (Multiskan EX, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, Massachusetts). All measurements were performed in triplicate. The amounts of nitrites were determined using a standard curve established with NaNO2.
