In our latest version (April 14, 2017), we extract all the viruses with complete genomes information directly downloaded from National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI). All the genomes are obtained by biological experiments rather than the prediction from other models, which reduces the errors by human involvement to the greatest extent. With the rapid development of sequencing technology such as next-generation sequencing, the sequence resources would be more and more abundant and accurate, thus the prediction results would be more satisfying as well.
