Gamma interferon (IFN-) and Interleukin 4secreting T cells were quantified in an enzyme-linked immunospot (ELISpot) assay using R&D DuoSet ELISA System for cotton rat IFN-and IL-4 antibodies (R&D Systems, Minneapolis, MN) as previously described using 10 μg/mL of EBV gp350 or RSV F proteins for stimulation [38] . Spots were scanned and counted by ImmunoSpot spot Analyzer (Cellular Technology, Cleveland, OH). The numbers of IFN-or IL-4 secreting cells were expressed as the number cells per 10 6 cells.
