Alprostadil suppresses MAPKs and NF-kB signaling pathways in OA-induced ARDS rats NF-kB and MAPK signaling pathways play key roles in OAinduced ARDS pathogenesis [36, 37] ; therefore, we investigated whether alprostadil could affect these pathways.
