Snippet: Urine samples were collected by cystocentesis from 10 adult dogs with chronic hepatitis and 10 healthy adult control dogs. Urine samples were analyzed by gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GC-TOF). Data were found to be non-parametric. Document: Urine samples were collected by cystocentesis from 10 adult dogs with chronic hepatitis and 10 healthy adult control dogs. Urine samples were analyzed by gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GC-TOF). Data were found to be non-parametric. Principle component analysis was used to make multivariate comparisons between dogs with chronic hepatitis and healthy control dogs. A Wilcoxon rank-sum test was used to make univariate comparisons between groups. Pvalues were adjusted for multiple comparisons using the Benjamini and Hochberg False Discovery Rate and significance was set at P < 0.05.
