The forthcoming objective is to compare similar global oxygen parameters from critically ill foals, with the hope of improving patient monitoring, therapy and prognostication in equine neonatal sepsis and septic shock. Dipyrone has well-described anti-pyretic effects. This study evaluated the effectiveness of dipyrone administered intravenously to control fever in horses compared to placebo.
