Even though early medical intervention can be helpful, [13] the airway cartilage collapse is irreversible. Patient in this scenario did not develop severe dyspnea, so he was treated with only steroid without any immunosuppressive agent. Although the patient did not develop any further symptoms during the follow-up, the radiographic evidence indeed indicates a progression of his disease.
