Snippet: Forty-two dogs met inclusion criteria. Median progression free survival time was 252 days (range 23-466) days. PD-L1 expression in the DLBCL samples ranged from 0.21 to 7.45 fold different from that measured in normal canine lymph node. 21/42 (50%) dogs had PD-L1 fold change less than 1.0, and 21/42 (50%) had PD-L1 fold change more than 1.0 (compared to normal lymph node average). When PD-L1 expression was dichotomized as fold change greater than.....
Document: Forty-two dogs met inclusion criteria. When PD-L1 expression was dichotomized as fold change greater than or less than 1.0, it was not found to be significantly associated with PFS using the log-rank test. However, when modeled continuously, PD-L1 expression was found to be negatively correlated with PFS in both univariate and multivariate Cox proportional hazards models.
