Document: One of the approaches that may be used to analyze the DNA data sequences in order to identify vaccine candidate molecules is the in silico analysis of complete genomes. It does not require cultivation of the pathogen and it uses a variety of computer resources to process DNA sequence data and the available information about protein functions, cell transport and localization, antigen processing, and immunogenicity. Computational analysis may then enable the identification of which DNA sequences encode the proteins that have some relevant features of potential vaccine targets (7) .
