To estimate total DMV capacity, DMV size ( Table 2) was multiplied by the relative percentage of DMV-containing cells (Table 3) and multiplied by the number of DMVs per cluster (Table 3) to estimate the relative DMV capacity of cells infected with wild-type and mutant viruses. Results were normalized to those for wild-type controls grown at 33°C and are shown in Table 3 .
