Moreover, method development and validation for the determination of glycyrrhizin (Fig. 1 ) and glycyrrhetic acid (Fig. 2) in extract obtained from different extraction procedures by ultra-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-qTOF-MS/MS) have not been reported, prior to this investigation.
