Meanwhile, we did next-generation sequencing of samples from three patients. antibodies solution (Sangon Biotech) were added to each plate, respectively, and incubated at 37°C for 60 minutes. After five washes, 100 μL of tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) substrate (Sangon Biotech) was added at room temperature in the dark. After 15 minutes, the reaction was stopped with a 2 M H2SO4 solution. The absorbance was measured at 450 nm. All samples were run in triplicate. The ELISA titers were determined by endpoint dilution.
