There were three cases of fungal infections seen in our study indicating the lymphocyte depletion associated with fungal infections (Table 1, Table 3 ) as patients with T cell depletion have increased susceptibility to fungal infections. 15, 16 Our findings also show significant differences (p < 0.01) in IL6 and D-dimer between mild and severe or critical groups, suggesting that IL6 and D-dimer are important parameters for the severity of disease (Table 1) .
