In the present study, we developed an inactivated Korean PEDV vaccine and assessed its efficacy against homologous PEDV challenge in growing pigs. Furthermore, various adjuvants were evaluated to determine the optimum vaccine-adjuvant mixture for inducing humoral immunity in pigs.
