The recognition enzyme sites of EcoRI and HindIII were built in the upstream and downstream of coding sequence, respectively. The synthetic gene cloned in vector backbone PMK-RQ (KanR) was received as 5 μg of lyophilized plasmid preparation. The conceptual translated sequence was submitted to I-TASSER server for homology modeling [17] and top five predicted structures were visualized with PyMOL software [18] .
