Each data set integrated into Eu-PathDB is documented with a data set record which contains information about the data including a description, contact information for the investigator that generated the data, literature references, and when available, example graphs and links to searches and genome browser tracks. Links to data set records appear on gene pages and on search pages beneath the parameters. A searchable table of all data sets is available from the Data Summary tab in the gray drop-down menu bar.
