These functional analyses apply the Fisher's Exact test to determine over-represented pathways, ontology terms and product description terms. Clicking the Analyze Results tab of any gene strategy result ( Figure 3E ) and selecting an enrichment analysis will open an analysis tab where users are prompted for parameter values. The results of an enrichment analysis are presented in tabular form and include a list of enriched GO terms, pathways or product description words and associated data.
