We used the repeated measure analysis of variance (ANOVA) to compare the laboratory findings between two groups before and after clinical trial. SPSS software ver 19.0 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA) was used for all analyses and P values of less than 0.05 were considered statistically significant.
