Horseradish peroxidase-labeled goat-anti mouse immunoglobulin (IgG, 1:2,000) was added to each well, and IFN-γ and IL-4 levels were detected at 490 nm wavelength. The concentrations of IFN-γ and IL-4 in the serum were determined according to the standard curve.
