The longest hands-219 on time was the Hologic assay at ~2 hours followed by the modified CDC assay with ~1 hour and 30 220 minutes. Very comparable HOT was found for DiaSorin Molecular and GenMark with a range of 16 221 minutes and 12 minutes, respectively. The run time averaged 90 minutes for modified CDC, DiaSorin 222 Molecular, and GenMark. Hologic was the exception with 4 hours with 35 mins of run time ( Table 5) . 223
