The same tendency was observed for the scFv-Fc-TM43-E10 antibody fragment: pLH-gb-PVX-m-scFv-Fc-TM43-E10 yielded 9.7 mg/g fresh leaf weight compared to the pLH-PVX-m-scFv-Fc-TM43-E10, which yielded 45.9 mg/g fresh leaf weight.
