The cell suspension was divided into two parts, one of 10ml, used as the uncultured and un-stimulated control, the other 40 mL, which was equally assigned into 16 wells (2.5 mL/well) for the stimulation test. Then, these 16 wells were divided into four time-point groups, which were cultured for 3 h, 6 h, 12 h, and 24 h at 37ï‚°C with 5% CO 2 . Additionally, the four wells of every group were used for stimulation with different poly I:C concentration (0, 10, 20, 40 ïg/mL, respectively) (Sigma-Aldrich).
