Then we carried out the systematic study of SARS including SARS-CoV genome sequence analysis, protein analysis, development of detecting kits, and screening of anti-SARS drugs. The fight against SARS displayed the capabilities of all the comprehensive science and technology platforms in our institute to quickly respond to emergencies.
