Next, the hCXCR5 N-terminal peptide (MNYPLTLEMD LENLEDLFWE LDRLDNYNDT SLVENHLCPA TEGPLMASFK AVFVP) was injected over the captured anti-hCXCR5 antibodies at various concentrations to generate kinetics sensorgrams.
