Therefore, the aim of the current study was to identify a set of stably expressed reference genes in porcine whole blood and PBMC in response to poly I:C stimulation. The reference genes selected in the study would be helpful for investigating the molecular mechanisms involved in porcine blood and PBMC in response to poly I:C stimulation.
