After incubation, FITC-conjugated goat anti-mouse or anti-rabbit IgG (Sigma Aldrich, 1:200 dilution) secondary antibodies were used. The cell cytoplasm was stained red with Evans blue. The images were collected using a fluorescence microscope (Nikon TE2000).
