Researches also detected the virus from the blood and feces specimens [7, 13] . To our knowledge, there is no specific antiviral treatment for 2019-nCoV. Since the pathogenesis is not fully known, the treatment is supportive and aimed to prevent secondary infections and complications. Randomized controlled studies are underway in China for some drugs, such as Remdesivir (a nucleotide analogue), which was first developed for the treatment of Ebola [14] . Compassionate use of this drug also successfully experienced in a US patient during the outbreak [13] . Also, chloroquine, interferon and protease inhibitors, such as ritonavir, lopinavir/ritonavir, reported being effective in inhibiting the virus invitro [13, 14] . To our knowledge, there is currently no vaccine to prevent 2019-nCoV infection.
