    Snippet: We discuss the case of a 17‐year‐old male who presented with painful lymphadenopathy, fevers, weight loss, anorexia and a history of preceding anosmia. Histological features on lymph node biopsy were in‐keeping with Kikuchi‐Fujimoto disease (KFD). We later confirmed SARS‐CoV‐2 (COVID‐19) infection on antibody testing. This case describes an atypical presentation of COVID‐19 in a young patient and highlights an association between the virus and this rare disease.
