Clinical symptoms include fever, 10-13,15-21 cough, 10-109 13,15-21 expectorations, [10] [11] [12] [13] [15] [16] [17] [18] [19] 21 hemoptysis, 10, 11, 16, 18 dyspnea, [10] [11] [12] [13] 15, 16, [19] [20] [21]
