The 14-day cumulative incidences of clinical deterioration were 2.6%, 10.0%, and 25.7% in the low-, medium-and high-risk groups, respectively (P <.001) ( Figure 1B) . The cut-off value of two was associated with 71.1% sensitivity and 94.2% NPV. The cut-off value of three resulted in 79.8% specificity and 27.8% PPV ( Table 4 ).
