    Document: In some endemic countries, there are no resources or ability to provide all patients with the treatment and intensive care service. As a result, there must be a decision to be made whether to provide the treatment to the patient with highly chance to be recovered, or to provide the treatment to a non-responder patient. In this context, the prediction module, based on Whale Optimization Algorithm, is proposed for predicting the ability of the patient to respond to treatment based on different factors e.g. age, infection stage, respiratory failure, multi-organ failure and the treatment regimens. Figure 7 shows the flow diagram of diagnosis and predicting patient response. This will help the healthcare workers to search for new treatment for non-Responders, to early isolate the responders and to early provide treatment for responders.
