Here, we assessed the role of JIP1 and JIP3 in A549 cells based on previous reports indicative of their expression in lung cells [43] [44] [45] [46] . In contrary, JIP2 was shown to be restricted to human brain 47 and human JIP4 was found only in testis 48, 49 .
