After 48 hours, cytokine concentration in the supernatant was measured by IL-2 ELISA (for CD4+ T cells, eBiosciences #BMS2221HS) and Interferon-γ (IFN-γ) ELISA (for CD8+ T cells, ThermoFisher #KHC4021).
